We, Department of BBA, have organized a seminar on “Career Develop” by Ms. Hetal Mehta, for first year, Second year, and Third year students of BBA on 13th August, 2018. In this session students got information regarding their career. Roughly 150+ students participated in the session and the session lasted for 80minutes.

The session was started by welcome speech Ms. Mehta Session was very informative on personality traits, training based career development, careers according to personality and interest etc. topics.

Ms. Hetal started with introduction of what is the meaning of Career and how important it is. Then she talked about training based practical education. It will make students more practical and also helpful in their career for taking any decision.  She made all the students to register themselves on internshala.com. Few students were already registered.

Then she covered difference between Campus Vs Corporate. In campus as a student’s which role perform and in a corporate as an employee which role perform by every individual. The major differences like, as a student they only focus on exams and as an employee each and every day is important. In a student life hours per day is limited and as a employee productivity or output is important. Etc.

Ms. Hetal had done one self assessment activity. “Dr. Phil’s Test”. In this test every student have to give answer of question which display on screen, then after completion of question match answer with specific answer which shown by        Ms. Hetal and give the score of each answer then at last do the addition of score and know which kind of personality and characteristic have individual.

Then she let the students knew about how many training programmes are running to get interest oriented careers.

It was really good for students to know about how easily they can pursue their dream job and desired career.
